DESKTOP SENIOR ANALYST
1. POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK:
· Providing a first point of escalation for the team in respect of technical support.
· Problem monitoring, resolution and escalation.
· Day to day ticket management.
· Direct supervision of problem models, solutions and implementation.
· Resolving complex connectivity problems related to client chosen remote access tools.
· Managing processes related to installation of remote access software.
· Elementary management of Windows security polices.
· Management of relationship with 3rd Party partners.
· Support and training for first line analysts.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
Experience Essential:
· Very Good understanding of MS Windows 2000/XP and MS applications environment
· Good understanding of networking principles
· Excellent verbal and written English
· Understanding the nature of IT service management
· Active Directory, MS Windows 2000/XP, and MS applications environment, preferably
Microsoft Certified
· MS Outlook and PDA’s – e.g. Blackberry’s
· SAP knowledge or has take SAP course (Only for SAP agents)

SENIOR ANALYST
AN EXPERIENCED IT SUPPORT ANALYST WITH EXCELLENT TECHNICAL SKILLS, CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING
JUNIOR MEMBERS OF THE TEAM. EXPERIENCED IN DEALING WITH END USERS AND RESOLVING COMPLEX
ISSUES USING REMOTE TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES.
1. SCOPE OF WORK:
· Remote second line support providing immediate telephone support to 1st line analysts/users
when required
· Providing a first point of escalation for team in respect of technical resolution of incidents
· Day to day management of call queues, ensuring incident resolution within agreed SLA
requirements
· Resolving complex connectivity problems related to client chosen remote access tools
· Direct supervision of incident models, solutions and implementation via Knowledge
Management and maintenance of technical procedural documentation
· Managing processes related to installation of remote access software.
· Elementary management of Windows security polices.
· Management of relationship with 3rd Party partners.
· Support and training for first line analysts.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
Experience Essential:
· Active Directory, MS Windows 2000/XP, and MS applications environment, preferably
Microsoft Certified
· MS Outlook and PDA’s – e.g. Blackberry’s

· SAP Knowledge 1 year, or has taken SAP course (only for SAP agents)
